Structural Design
Rising almost seven meters in height, Las Pircas features a steel supporting framework adorned with cylindrical pillars spaced at regular intervals. A diagonal lattice structure, beginning at a height of three meters, supports the roof, while a large curtain wall encloses the perimeter, offering unobstructed views of Talca’s Valley and the Andes Mountains.
Spatial Layout
The event center comprises a single level divided into five distinct zones. The central space, dedicated to celebrations, serves as the focal point, with expansive glass walls blurring the boundaries between indoor and outdoor spaces. Adjacent to the central area, a kitchen and service zone ensure seamless flow and functionality, while an outdoor patio provides a sheltered yet scenic environment for guests to enjoy.
