The architects capitalized on the abundance of natural light and greenery by incorporating flexible door systems that can be opened wide during summer days and closed during windy weather. Architectural Identity

Challenges arose from the uneven facade of the building, comprised of four townhouses with varying levels. To address this, KCONCEPT devised a creative solution by covering the facade with alternating pyramids, reminiscent of a traditional Vietnamese children’s game.
