The genesis of this project lies in the client’s quest for flexible offices, capable of disassembly and relocation within the current warehouse premises. The ingenious use of six 20-foot shipping containers on the ground floor forms the structural base, resulting in 6×5 meter office spaces. This modular approach caters to the specific requirements of diverse company functions, seamlessly integrating operations, sales, marketing, logistics, meeting rooms, and administrative spaces.
Resource Optimization and Identity

Cutouts from the containers find new life as mezzanines and internal partitions, imbuing each element with purpose and contributing to the project’s distinctive identity.
